Ontario Self Defense course

Friday, April 8th I held two self defense sessions for the Seven Lakes Girl Scout Council, and it was an amazing time.  Everybody was very enthusiastic and great to work with.  We covered a variety of subjects, they were;

• Wrist grabs

• Lapel and front chokes

• Rear chokes

• Bear hug attacks

• Hook punches

Everybody did extremely well and it was a pleasure to work with them.

You will get hands-on instruction with me, along with a written lesson plan to review after the seminar is over.  My seminars are both mental and physical, so come prepared to learn.
